Store sync
Stock Insight reads the Shopify Admin API with the app's Client ID and Secret and caches products, variants, stock levels and a rolling year of order lines. Syncs run in pages, so keep this tab open while one is in progress — it resumes safely if interrupted.
Automatic sync is on. Catalogue & sales history refresh every 6 hours, and outstanding customer orders refresh every hour. You can still run a manual sync below if you need up-to-the-minute data.

Purchase order emails
Purchase orders are emailed from this address by default. It can still be changed on an individual order before sending.
Late order warnings
Customer orders still owing stock after the standard ETA are flagged red on the Late orders page. The weekly digest goes out on Monday mornings.
Core + suppliers
Up to four priority suppliers. Every Monday and Thursday morning, Stock Insight checks their stock and emails Hannah and David a link to a ready-made order whenever the low stock lines add up to that supplier's carriage paid value. Use the notes to steer the suggestions, for example “exclude candles”.
